We just launched a new website called ClassifiedsByZip.com that also offers free ads like Craigslist, but differs in three major ways. First, instead of searching by the closest major city, you can search by a given mile radius of a ZIP code. Second, your basic ad is free, but if you want to add some features, such as to make it stand out over other ads, or make the duration of the ad last longer, you can do so for a small fee. And last, there is no flagging, so competitors or those who have nothing better to do than to flag other people’s ads can’t. We do however remove ads we find inappropriate.

Craigslist SUCKS because if you report a scam or abuse, your own listing will be deleted. leads me to believe that Craig is not fighting crime on his site at all but rather erasing anything associated with it from his view.
design-who needs fluff?
tons of garbage-craigs a bad housekeeper.
organized by date-SO, ive seen yesterdays listings.
can't find it?-ever stop to think its not listed?
Sorry but I think tossing the whole car because a wheel squeeks is a far worse thing than preference.
CRAIG we are trying to help when we report a scam!
